Question/Questions.

1. My old paypal was limited and cannot be unlimited as im 17 not 19.. SO could i make a new paypal totally seperate to the old one just to hold money/spend it via paypal to other people/ on other things?

2. if i setup this new paypal there would be no bank card of mine to attach to it (none at all i can use) so would it get limited? and if so how much can i recieve / spend

3. Can anyone help me get a working paypal that i can accept/send like $2.5k on over a period of time (Few months) so that i can start Selling things again please?

Get a credit card in your name, but say you're 19, make sure you get one where they don't do checks on age and shit they do it online. I did it when I was younger. Yes it's fraud but fuck it.

Yeah, it should. It can get limited, but unless you do something dumb or go overboard it shouldn't.

Sending and receiving a few hundred payments a day or sending huge amounts of money at once. Things like that.
