Personally its anybody who takes the game too seriously then gets really defensive when you tell them that. Especially 14 year olds who think they know everything when they have the highest and whiniest voice in the world. Also people who think that challenging somebody to game battles will solve any problem in life...

No I'm joking. I don't know, just on the internet? People who think they're awesome, cool and tough that they look down on people.
People who 'No Thank You' you for saying the truth about their thread or post so you can help them out but they take it the wrong way.
People who post on your hard-worked thread saying "This has been posted already, mods close." or "This is useless" or "Not very interesting.." or something similar.
