The fact that he's willing to go more to me means that the chance that these beats are fake is high. Personally I'd go for cash only.

theres no way to tell if there real or fake n if there cheap there fake plus unless there from the beats website there real, legit plus if hes warn them you could get an ear infection so be sure to change the ear buds things

I would be careful. The beats sound good. If real...then that's a great deal all on its own. If there's a suspicion of fraud, then deal elsewhere...
