Only thing I worry about is how much internet usage it'll use as the movies would be quite big.

Don't worry about that, the movies load pretty fast and the bufferer is always going past the playing marker, just don't try to skip past it or you will be doomed.

I have and i use it all the time. The showtime plugin was just updated for Navi-X to work great with the ps3. I Recommend Navi-X to everyone.
