Obviously I can't use songs like Friday, and Call me Maybe (not that I would, just for an example )

How can I use good music for montages, edits, and those things and still consider the video and audio Fair Use to monetize it, and not get into any trouble.

I believe SocialBlade has some artist content under contract with them, so only SB partners can use it. You may look around their site for it.

You need music that is Royalty Free. Google It and you get lots of results
