You don't understand what I'm saying. Going by total sales doesn't make sense. If they make 200,000 Honda Accords and 5,000 get stolen then it's a stolen rate of 2.5%. If they make 10,000 Escalades and 1,000 get stolen then it's a stolen rate of 10%.
The most stolen lists always go by stolen rate.

Thank god my vehicles weren't on there.

Like Solo said above, those cars are really popular and are sold by the thousands.. so it's obvious as to why a lot of them are stolen. Nice thread though, interesting to see what's hot and what's not :p

First off.. The word you're looking for is break. Second of all, Sexy Solo knows what he is talking about. Hell he is probably the most knowledgeable person on the site about cars. Plus if you knew what he owned you'd say "Damn, I can't imagine if someone attempted to steal it".

Just sayin'.

The Ford Pickup, the Ford Explorer and the Dodge Pickup are the only vehicles I'd consider worth stealing on there to be honest. Not really a fan of the rest of them. It's interesting to see this, makes my wonder about the top 10 stolen vehicles in Ireland

The cheap the car is = The easier to sell the spare parts (Illegally).

Its not worth to steal an expensive car because most of their owners have gps on it OR the spare parts are too hard to be sold in the black market.
