He has surgery on his wrist, which was broken. He is doing okay so far. He had to get his jaw wired shut, his arm is in a cast now, he has a broken leg, broken ribs, broken inner ear bone, and severely bad road rash. When i went outside to see what happened he was bloody and unconscious. Im hoping he makes a very fast recovery, for those who want to see a picture, here you go.

Hes only 16, my cousin is 18, there wasnt any alchohol involved either, none of them were intoxicated, my cousin was walking back to his car and the guy hit him. He might be charged with attempted manslaughter, but you know, hes a minor.

Yes, we are, so far its at $234,000, he is in the trauma unit which is like 30,000 a night and has had a bunch of surgeries. We are definitely sueing there family, my mom is a secretary to one of the biggest lawyers in florida, so we wont have a problem finding an attorney.
