No, it is not possible to tell the weather for the rest of the year. They can't predict that far into the future because they don't know when clouds will form over certain areas and things. Sorry.

Much like above, Its impossible to predict future weather even if in a week when say next monday will be clear. Sometimes there wrong and its cloudy. See what i mean?
