(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys, I'm 16 years old (Currently in grade 11, second last year of school) and I'm dying to go to the USA next year to finish my last year of school, I just love America in every way, I've always dreamt of going there, especially for the acting side of things, i dream of becoming an actor (I don't give a fuck if this sounds gay, I love vagina very much Winky Winky ), and well what better place to go than to America? I was just wondering, like I have barely got shit planned at all, It's nearing the end of the year already, and I have no clue where I'd stay, does anyone know of any cheap people offering boarding? I need a place to stay, at least for two months, so I can find another place, it's just for next year, as next year is my only chance to experience American High School, I have plans of going to college there too (College Parties FUCK YEAH!). So the moral of this thread is to ask if anybody knows of people offering cheap boarding/rooms. Prefferably in the LA region, as I may be attending the 'Acting Corps'.

Cheers <3

Well I now have something pretty big to add to my resume, so I am not completely doomed when It comes to acting, just last Monday I got a roll in several scenes on the well-known TV Show 'H20: Just Add Water'. Yes, it's the one with the mermaids, haha, but its quite a massive multi-million dollar show and all too.

I think America would be a nice place to live in or visit if you had a lot of money, but if you're poor it will rape and murder you. Of course, you could always go to New York and find a squat to stay at. Then, unless you have a job, you'll have to resort to crime to survive (i.e. stealing food, water, warmth, etc.). ABC No Rio is my personal favorite because there is so much to do, and they serve free food. However, C-Squat is also great.

Another option you have if you're a good looking fellow is exploiting some Cougar's weakness for young Australian meat. As rjive said, "your accent should make the panties drop." If you can find an older lady to take you in and pay for you, you just might be able to live that clichéd "American Dream" even if only for a moment.

In all honesty, there are many more options, but unless you have money it will be very difficult for you.

houses are about a 1/5 of the price on average for houses:P Jobs pay much more too if you have a good one.

But yeah college is a rip off in america. In australia you basically get it for free if your clever enough.
