I don't know if they have the rights, but I have seen some of the people they partner, post COD videos, without any issues I assume. I'd go ahead and apply.

I think you will be fine, they don't need a special contract with the CoD dev's to let their partners upload it. Just apply and see how it goes, you have nothing to lose!

They say they welcome all game channels so I'd go ahead and apply. I'm already in the process with them.

The only thing is you must be commentating over your COD game plays in order for them to fall under fair-use. So as long as you commentate your videos then I don't see a problem at all.

I don't think it matters. As long as you have a commentary over the video it classifies the video as fair-use.. And seeing that hondarydr posted the same as well, you should be fine. :y:
