Yes, you could. However, there will be limits on how much you can send/receive.

So once you've passed the limits, you need to create a new PayPal? Or does it just restarts every 3 days or so? And can you put like a fake number and direction? I do not trust in them a lot ^^

I believe there is certain limits for how much you can send/recieve each MONTH. Once the months over, it resets. Thanks! Smile

Oh thanks but if it is not verified can I just put random info? I do not want to put my personal info... And is there like paypal cards like PSN cards?

Yes, you can use fake info. They do have cards known as a You must login or register to view this content. you can get, however if you do whant that, you will have to give your REAL info to them on your account. Thanks! Smile

Yes you can receive money but until you are verified, there will be limits.

Accepting Payments on Unverified Accounts
To register an account for accepting payments on PayPal, the only requirement is a valid email address. The person sending money, just needs to specify your email address to send the payment at PayPal, and it will be deposited on your account. Although there are no problems with accepting payments on unverified accounts, there is a $500/month limit when withdrawing money from unverified PayPal accounts. Also, if you request PayPal to send you a check for the balance on your account, address verification is required.
