My scary moment was when I was lying down in my bed in the middle of the night a couple years ago. I suddenly heard hoarse breathing that sounded like somebody who was extremely tired. When I looked around the room, nobody was there.

3 years ago i was waking up for school and it was 6 AM. I look to my door when i wake up and i see this tall skinny woman wearing a very old dress for parties (the ones that squeeze your waist) and she was white everything about her. It wasn't my mother since my mom is shorter and blonde. I then close my eyes and pray then open them while nothing was there. Get ready for school and when i'm in the elevator going down it suddenly stops and the light goes out, i hear a scream and then it works again. Worst day of my life :p

Well, a couple of years ago (2 years) I was in the woods alone because I was walking from one of my friends and it was faster to go home by walking in the woods, It was about 2:30 am and As I started to go through the woods it started to get colder and colder and for some reason it was getting darker as it went like a dark tunnel, i thought i had something with my eyes but then, I saw footsteps in the mud while I was going to my house and said "Let's see where these footsteps end up." So I followed them like a investigator and I made sure I wasn't stepping on the person's footstep and when I kept checking behind me I heard screaming and cries of pain, Then at one point the footsteps just stopped and the boots of the person we're there on the ground with a note saying "You have followed my footsteps, You shall finally find me." I read this and I heard a psycho-like laugh from a distant and I got scared to death! I ran to my house as fast as possible, locked the doors closed the curtains and didn't sleep the whole night, the whole night I would hear taps on windows...

Yeah, I think it was just my mind playing tricks on me to be honest with you because I use to watch a lot of scary movies back then. haha

my mom told me that when she was younger she would use ouija boards with her friends... o_o

That's where I got the idea of this thread. I usually torture myself at night reading stories from there.
