With over 130 applications submitted it was a very difficult to pare them down to this list of candidates.
We will be accepting 4/5 new sectional moderators at this time.

I know many of you have expressed concern that a voting process would lead to favoritism by the community and I agree that it is a legitimate concern, I have removed the name of the candidates and copied their app for review to vote on.

Any attempt to solicit votes by the applicant will result in disqualification.
The voting period will last 24 hours from now.
We will use this voting process to help us determine which are the best candidates for us to choose from.
The selection process is still ours alone and the voting results will not be published.
While we are happy with anyone on the list, there are factors which the application alone will not show.
We are trying to see what the community wants in an applicant and weigh that into our decision.

So while this is not an actual election, it is as close as we can come to getting full community involvement in the process.

We would very much appreciate that you make a fair vote based on the application and not who you think is the actual candidate and your relationship with them.

Again Thank you to all who applied and there were at least double this number who were worthy candidates for a mod spot on NGU. But we are happy with this list and hope that the community will be pleased with the choices as well.
