Get the picture you want and save it to where you can find it. Open up paint from your computers start menu and then once opened go to file and open. Find you picture and open it.

Now you can insert a text box and put your name in it.

After you edit the picture to your liking go to this link

Click browse and find you edited picture. Check the box that says resize image and choose (for message boards)

upload you picture and it will show you at the bottom the URL for forums. Copy it and then go to edit for signature and click the little picture of the mountains to insert your pictures URL and save it.
