They are both very strong, but personally I prefer CR7 even if Messi is stronger than the Portuguese

I really do think people over react to Messi. He has the worlds best midfielders playing with him at Barcenola so calm yo tits. He can't do much for Argentina because he hasn't got his Xavi and Iniesta. Don't get me wrong, i like Messi over Ronaldo but people over react to him way too much.
