If you wanna do computer science, apply to Berkeley. 4th in the
world for it and you don't have to be a genius to get into it. Ivy League and a major in something like pol sci or econ if you want law school. There's immense competition for jobs but if you intern at firms and be the best there is, you can get a good job. There's lots of lawyers working for low salaries and as paralegals. Corporate and personal injury are where the money is at. Corporate has the workload and hours as a Wall Street Analyst, PI is saturated and you have to work your way up from 0. Dept. of Justice lawyers will always have a good, steady job with good hours, but you won't be driving a Ferrari at 27, probably not even at all unless you buy a used one at the top of your career.
