I use too smoke for years since i was in school, i squit the begining of this year when i found out i was having a baby, iv not smoked nothing since, its really not hard at all like people say, its not an addiction its just a habbit, mind over matter. you will feel loads better, i could even run, i use to get out of breath well easy lol but now my lungs r so much better, you wont regret it.

I've heard the gum works better than any of the other stuff like patches and shit but if you have the will-power you should easily do it. My uncle with disabilities, for example, smoked for 15 years and decided one day to just stop and he hasn't smoked since. I was really proud of him, but also amazed that he could make a huge decision so easily and stick with it too.

Anyways just try take something constructive up, or destructive, fuck it, you only live once and all that shit. G'luck with it man.

Good luck man. My tip is to when you are in the process of quitting, try to stay away from smoke. Don't breath other smokers smoke in or see other people smoking. This makes it hard to not ask someone for a cig. Buy some gum or some patches and try them out. Smile Good luck again bud. :y:
