Hey NGU, do some of you want to start working out but don't know how to start? Well learn here.
First, you need to start eating healthy, eating healthy will increase your immune system helping your stamina and everything else leading to working out
Start by doing basic push-ups, and sit-ups, I'd say about 50 a night, just work them muscles and get used to it.
Secondly, start going on jogs, and walking around your city, or run on treadmills, and whatever else you feel you need to do before you lift free weights.
- Cycle 10 miles
- Jog 5 miles
- Walk 3 miles
That's just an idea that you could start.
Thirdly, start taking cretin, or protein shakes, then start doing the push-ups and sit-ups after you take the pills or protein.
Lastly, start lifting free weights, don't start big, start small, don't be like "oh i can lif 1200 lbs i lift m8" start small, like 120 lbs if that, get your body used to it, don't over work, or hurt yourself trying to act tough, now if a hot bitch is working out, put 200 lbs on it nuff said, if she stares while you're lifting, she wants the D.
