and i heard this also awhile ago, just making sure its true: that when ngu got partnered with xploder that ngu doesnt allow the sharing of the product ? (such as resigns and such) ?

no, resigns arn't allowed anymore because xploder was losing heaps of money out of it and complained so the admins banned resigning for other players
