I like most fruit & veg.. Any suitable responses would be appreciated Happy

Be like this kid and make grilled cheese sandwiches at school with a grilled cheese maker.

Morning break:

Handful of nuts
Apple
Salad sand which

Second break:
Banana
Chicken salad
Pear

It's harder to eat healthy all the time so I suggest you do some fitness after school. Each day go for a 5-30min run.

Liking the ideas of nuts, which fruits give you a lot of energy? I know banana's are good for it...

Just be reasonable and just eat a sandwich like grilled cheese with a granola bar or something.

Just bring a Special K bar or a sandwich with avocado or just water! yep water will work just fine.
