I live in Wales, UK. Many of my friends went on a school trip to NY and they are being hit by the hurricane right now. The trip costed them £1000-£2000!!!! I hope everyone who is being affected by the hurricane is OK.

Its appearntly headed for toronto and I leave in the GTA, hope all goes well :S

Here in Queens, NY and the street lights are out. I heard some electrical poles snap around my block but I still have electricity which is weird. It's not flooded here because I'm at a fair distance from the Rockaways. The crane at 57th & 7th ave in Manhattan bend backwards which was crazy from how it looks but hopefully it doesn't take out the buildings across from it. There is a possibility that there will not be school on Wednesday because of flooded train station, flooded downtown (I go to school there & a lot of people go to work there too) or the broken trees in the way for cars, buses, trucks, and etc.

Dont forget the Canadians being affected just as much as you guys.
