Buy a couple of nice cars, buy a really nice house, buy all kinds of video games for my Xbox and probably get a PS3 too. Probably move to a different state, and go get a degree in college.

Buy a huge house, an awesome car to throw a system in, then put the rest in a credit union for my children to enjoy.

I'd start an organization that would make FEMA look like the joke it is.

1)Build an army of volunteers to help the survivors of Sandy, starting on Staten Island.
2) I'd build sustainable, flood resistant housing across Staten Island, the Rockaways, Jersey, Delaware, Long Island, etc., and turn Staten Island into a self-sustained community. First priority is to get up housing and get the families out of the prisons and high schools.
3)Set up training classes for survival and self sufficiency, and family self-defense courses
4) Organize community gardens
5) Through this experience, train a group of volunteers who are willing to go anywhere in the country and give their time to real, effective, expedient, and lasting disaster relief.
6) grow this organization across the country, with a self-efficient chapter in each state.

...I'd also build myself a sweet ass hardcore gaming battle station... inside an old fighter Jet.
