Personally I'd go with the million dollars instantly. Going for the 100 million with a 50% chance is just a sign of someone who is greedy. Plus with one million dollars you can get a ton of stock in successful companies who are notorious for constantly climbing in the stock market, and clearly you wouldn't be able to purchase more than 50% of the shares.
