Sup guys I was wondering if you guys had a daily fitness routine that I could do. I'm 15 and am currently in my second year of high school. I am around 5"11 and weight 220LB. I have access to a gym and am actually quite fit. I have an 8 minute mile and am on varsity tennis. I just need some help to lose weight. Maybe like 25 pounds. My time frame is 2 months. I'll take any tips given.
