(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Sup guys I was wondering if you guys had a daily fitness routine that I could do. I'm 15 and am currently in my second year of high school. I am around 5"11 and weight 220LB. I have access to a gym and am actually quite fit. I have an 8 minute mile and am on varsity tennis. I just need some help to lose weight. Maybe like 25 pounds. My time frame is 2 months. I'll take any tips given.

Diet diet diet diet. Make a good idea, high in protein and low in carbs. Drink plenty of water also, and spend a lot of time at the gym. Doing free-weights and cardio will help you lose weight quickly, along with push-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups, sit-ups, crunches etc. Taking up a fighting sport would be good also, they tend to help you lose weight fast.

Cut out all drinks and drink water. Then ask the football coach for a workout sheet. Follow those workouts and you shall loose weight and gain muscle. Smile Also, put yourself on a diet. My brother went from 210 to like 180 on a lettuce/tomato/water diet.

cocaine and Tab.

Seriously, avoid soda. Just give it up. I was a fatass from middle school through my senior year. The summer I finally gave up soda and McDonalds, I lost so much weight.
Soda is population control. Plain and simple. The High Fructose Corn Syrup does NOT digest properly in your body and one can of soda can take up to three YEARS to fully evacuate. Not to mention all the flouride that weakens your brain...

If you're serious about losing weight and being healthy, then seriously follow my advice and avoid these fatty foods and Population Control (PC) additives:
High Fructose Corn Syrup
Enriched bleached white flour (absolutely 0 nutrition)
red meat/nitrates
table salt (sea salt is healthy, reg salt is not)
most cereals
corn chips
aspartame (turns to formaldehyde in your stomach)
mass processed cow milk (if you knew what was in it, you'd scream)
anything from Wendys, McDonalds, Burger King, Jack in the Box, etc
ANY food from Wal Mart is absolute SHIT. Even if it has your fav brand name, it's usually made differently to lower costs, and that store is where you WILL find the most corner-cutting, disease-inflecting, pesticide and chemical ridden excuses for food that if they were made in front of you, you wouldn't feed them to your worst enemy. Just LOOK at the people who shop at Wal Mart all the time. If you don't want to look like them, GTFO of WM!!!

in moderation: (fatty foods)
eggs
chicken
chocolate
white sugar (we're all addicted to it, just watch your input. It weakens and thins your blood, increases lethargy and slows down your brain.)
corn and wheat (fatty and low in nutrition, excessive amounts of corn increases long term risks for diabetes and nutritional defects, that's why 'they' put it in everything in America)

ALSO: do not eat within three hours of going to bed. Food doesn't digest as well while you sleep and adds weight. That's exactly why sumo wrestlers nap after every meal.

Take your time! Don't go Hollywood and try to drop 50 pounds in a week. You're not Jenny Craig and your body will hate you. Adjust your eating habits so that you can eat normal size meals without all the bullshit PC additives.

Pay attention to what you eat! If you want spaghetti, the 95 cent box of enriched flour will do nothing for your body but make you 'feel full'. Your body deserves quality food, so buy quality pasta.

fat burning foods:
oranges
brocolli
bacon (yea...unless you're a sloth...and avoid the red nitrate bacon=poison)
spinach!
hemp seeds/milk/protein
fish oil
ginger & garlic

Those things, along with being active, helped me go from a fatass to a skinny but still healthy and vital 19 year old in one year. Seriously I went from a 38 waist to 28, and I've kept it off, never going above a 30 since.

Also if you think anything I've said is untrue or exaggerated, all I can say is do your research. I wish I was wrong, but I know I'm not.

Here is the advice I would give you

Search up calories calculator for your maintenance now cut down 500 or a bit more calories from it.
Cut down your carbs by a lot, maybe take 120-150 grams for now. Up your fats and 24 grams of protein from each meal.

For gym
30-45 cardio everyday and weight lifting for 3-4 days no more than that.

or

you can just cut 500 calories for now

Good Luck

You can't build muscle/lose fat at the same time as both require different calories intake. You can see some muscle gain first month but not a lot. You have to go on a bulk or cut.
