What weights and work-outs do you do?
Do you follow a routine (once a day/week) or whenever you get the time?

yeah i got my own routine but i've just recently started work so now i can only work out twice a week, but i guess i can take advantage of that, ill do 2 days training of full body work outs and then lounge about and eat none-stop which should help me bulk, so its a win win Smile

Today i'm going to tell you my story, my story of my transformation.. and here it is.

It all started back in school, i was always this the skinny/ lean type of person, i used to get doubted from my such skinny body, it got to my last year of school when a few of my friends started to hit the gym, so as i did i thought it would be a good idea to join with them.

So i started to train with my friends, this being about June 2011, but it wasn't beneficial, i didn't know how to train and it wasn't really my thing, i would go about once a week, so i never seen any results, about a month or two down the line i stopped training and so did my friends, about a year passed without training, well.. apart from UFC and kickboxing i was doing i didn't train at all and then i decided i would start working out again, so me and my bestfriend did, we trained for about 2 months before he dropped out, but i continued and till this current day i still continue to train, after much research, effort, inspiration, motivation, courage, pain and the desire to change, i did.. you can, we all can, i hope this thread inspires you to do so.. and so i bring to you my very own transformation.

as you're the same as me you do not need to worry about a diet, junk food slows down your metabolism and good protein/ calories help put good fat on, so really.. eat anything and everything which you get your hands on, its only when we reach the about mid 20's we gotta worry about what fat we consume, alot of calorie intake and heavy lifting you should pile the weight on, hope that helped

I'm planning on hitting the gym when I get my license next month.. any advice.. I'm basically in the same situation that you were in. Is 16 too earlier too start, I heard lifting stunts your growth.

That is not too early man. I don't really think there is a set age that you should start. I would say start once you are going into HS.
