Very helpfull street fighting looks rough

I was about to post these but you beat me to it! Bas is one of those guys you pray you never get in a altracation with. He'd break your face and rip your heart out and mail it to your family. I went on a vacation in Daytona Beach to go watch the Daytona 500. I went and rented me a car for the week and when I went to gas it up I walked in the gas station to pay and standing behind me in line is Bas Rutten. I was the only person at the gas station who knew who he was. I talked to him for a few and took some pics with him. Dudes cool as hell! I noticed he's bigger in real life than the tv makes him out to be.

The first video "the headlock part" you will never break someones headlock like that, simple jujitsu says to take one step forward, put your knee down, and roll over, and you will launch them off your head, you can literally break their bones if done correctly.

Wow.. yeah that was the only part I was like.. WTF? Like Honestly I tried that and it got me nowhere.. but ive had my share of fights.. and yes.. keep your chin low, but be sure you can see him, and do quick jabs.

That was a great set of videos. I like the street fighting one because thats what i mostly stick to. I know half of the stuff tho but he did help
