I told him to make it so you can just click the picture and then it will select a new one, like what FaceBook has.

This is just v1. Right now it's only PHP and HTML. I'm going to constantly be updating it with JS/CSS to give it the snazzy look/design. Also, just refresh and you'll get a new picture until I work it out.
