(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Who else here is addicted to lifting? I started lifting a while ago, and its still so much addicting. I think its because it gives me the urge to want to get bigger and stronger. So, ive been wondering, who else is addicted to lifting? Cool Man (aka Tustin)

** Also, how long does it take for your muscles to get back to normal after lifting? Cause after lifting, your muscles tear and then rebuild bigger, but I want to know how long it takes for them to rebuild themselves? I thought it was 24 hours, but im not sure.

recovery time is different for each person, i normally train each muscle twice a week so i guess its 2-3 days for me

Damn, each muscle twice a week, thats kray. I do two muscles one week and then do two different muscles the next week; for 5 days of the week. But I don't think im letting my muscles rebuild, cause one day I can easily curl a 30 pound dumbbell, but then the next day I can barely do it for some reason.

It depends on the person, I recover quick. I do 5 day split, day 1 chest and tricep, day 2 legs and shoulders, day three back and bicep and repeat. I am changing my split again from monday.
