Who else here is addicted to lifting? I started lifting a while ago, and its still so much addicting. I think its because it gives me the urge to want to get bigger and stronger. So, ive been wondering, who else is addicted to lifting?
** Also, how long does it take for your muscles to get back to normal after lifting? Cause after lifting, your muscles tear and then rebuild bigger, but I want to know how long it takes for them to rebuild themselves? I thought it was 24 hours, but im not sure.
