So, I have been very inspired by Correy's thread about his Working-out Progression.
I am very similar to him, and by that I mean I have a High Metabolism so it's difficult to gain weight.
Plus, I'm not very motivated towards working out, however that does not mean that I cannot change my motives.
All I ask is for help. I want to know the main things that are... Preferred ... when working out.
In my mind, these "Preferred" things would be:
- What Foods to consume?
- Any specific workout routines?
- Hourly Routine? (How long to workout)
- Ways to get Motivated?
If you can help me out with the above points, I'd be very grateful.
