It was raised in the shoutbox, thought ide make a quick poll. xD
I personally am unable to choose cos i haven't played American football, and don't know any of the rules.
tbh american football is pretty much Rugby league; teams have to stop after downs (tackles in rugby) and ways of scoring are near enough the same, the only differences are that in american footie you can throw the ball forwards and tackle people who don't have the ball with out it being given a foul.
But my fav is american football im from UK but we often throw a ball around at lunch and its more exciting watching it on the telly than rugby, although the only match i ever really watch is superbowl.
Thanks for your addition Outsider. Another supporting Rugby.
The English had Rugby before American Football. Plus American Football isn't even a proper game. All it consists of is throws forwards and one attempt of making a try without getting touched. You guys even wear BODY ARMOUR!! I mean c'mon, that's just pathetic.
Look at the english, we invented the sport it's a much bigger game, it's much rougher, we don't wear body armour.
The British invented so many sports. And don't tell me you invented baseball - see rounders. Don't tell me you invented american football - see rugby. It's just part of that game essentially.
American football, ive watched rugby twice and im sick of it. They give the ball to the person behind them with there foot to hike or whatever, pitch the ball 4 or 5 times get tackledx5 punt.
NFL has much much more to it.
