-10/15 and 9/15

if you are wanting to subtract from -10/15, you will need to add 1/15 to get 9/15

-2/3 + 1/15 = 3/5

If you try and use a - with a negative, you only make it smaller.

How would it be -19/15?

-3 minus 7 = -10

The concept should be the same with this.

Unless, you are meaning -2/3 - (-19/15).

Then that would be true and make mine false.
