I've been looking around for betting sites with a minimum deposit of £5, and allow deposits via PayPal (all I've got in PayPal), and I've signed up to a few to deposit. The recurring problem I'm facing is, "you can't make payments to this business until you add a bank account or credit card as another method of (forgot)", or something along those lines.

I'm wondering if there are any LEGIT betting sites that allow ONLY a PayPal account with no bank account/credit card attached to it, to deposit money and start betting.
