Yet Another Award System: You must login or register to view this content. (It's compatible with vB 4.2.x)

I have an idea in my head of maybe linking an award system with vBPlaza somehow and make it so when you get an award you get x amount of vBux.

I'll add more if I can think of any :3

That mod and vb experience are both vulns. Unless ngu patches those vulns, it would be better if they dont use that.

ENZO and Outsider and the other admins etc. are all aware of the plug ins that are vuln and do inspect them before putting them on the forum this is clearly obvious.

Please dont bash me for what I am about to say..

I think this site is losing sight on the fun part of ngu. Things are slowly being taken away (smileys, userbar items + cod prestiges, and vbookie) that were my favorite towards NGU. Personally, I miss the old things on NGU and feel that nothing much has happend in the past year... Elite is not a jaw dropping feature also. I just though Id express my recent opinions

I agree. The site is nothing what it was like in 2009 and I guess to a lesser extent 2010. The sites been dying for years and has lost something in the past few years maybe it's sense of community. I find myself visiting this site less and less and won't really care when I stop to visit. Not to mention I am completely against the implementation of Elite. It's like a slap in the face to loyal NGU members who donated years ago. Just my 2 cents I guess.

I believe, NGU has had some massive changes come over the period of months.
If you look back, we've progressed; for the better? Who knows. The community might want to go back; as Kurt would say- "And a step backward, after making a wrong turn, is a step in the right direction." So maybe, if something has gone wrong, we can always go back on them wrong decisions and continue from there. This site is becoming more and more popular by the day, nearly hitting 1,000,000 users; we've got to move on and make more of the site. There's potential to be MASSIVE, and also still remain fun. Fun is what you made of it back then.

With the Elite feature being implemented, users from a different scene can soak up the advantages of being Elite. You might also say, sure/ Elite doesn't have a variety of tools etc.. for me, but what you are insuring is progress to the site. Money is coming in and with that money, going towards the future of the site.

I love NGU, couldn't ask for a more awesome gaming forum. I'm going to stick with it no matter what. We'll keep going and you watch this site get better by the minute. Smile

I also love NGU, but there are features being removed that were good, and that people had enjoyed. Why take something away when it is good?

I have to agree with Meatwad. The site has gone down considerably over the years, and with the removal of vbookie kind of kills a lot of the fun of the site for me personally. I had a shit ton of vbux before the first "purge" and have recently worked myself up to having around 5 mil vbux just to have all of that stripped away again is like a slap in the face again. It really feels like the mods etc... just don't give a shit anymore and I'm sad to say it shows.
