Then selling it for maybe $275 or even $300. Back in January she was initial asking for $275 so there is a profit to be made.

I'm sure I can make a profit mainly because there are a ton of high school girls looking for a nice prom dress. So it's without a doubt profitable however I don't have a girlfriend who is in need of a prom dress lol.

That could work. If she doesn't claim it then I can see in the near future a young female in need of that dress.

But seriously, if a profit is guaranteed, then do it. Basic economics is supply and demand; whereas, you have the supply in which there is a demand for.. and for that product, costs come into play and you benefit through these costs.

So, yes.

My only problem though is I'm going to buy it and end up having to hold onto it for awhile. Last time I bought something like this I got burned, ended up having it for three months, and barely made a profit. :cry:

I see man, then there doesn't seem to be such a high demand for that dress.

My advice for you is to get it as cheap as possible, low ball the shit out the bitch, haha. And the if you get a killer deal, then that extra time spent waiting to sell won't effect you as much.
