They fired everyone who made call of duty 4, IW is now run by some lazy mofos/clowns and people who only care about money, IW made the best cod but they made the two shittiest cods two right after it, MW2 and MW3.

Incorrect, they fired everyone after the release of mw2. They fired the employees during the climax of mw2, thats why many exploits weren't fixed.
