Short summary: A Black Teenager Is Arguing with this white teenager and the woman keeps on saying stuff like hit me! fight Me! and he's like get out of my face. and then they go into some hallway and she try's to hit him but he blocks it with one hand and slaps her hard making her fall on the ground.
