Google revealed that they are aiming to put Glass on shop shelves by the end of 2013. The product will probably retail at around $1,499.00 which is pretty reasonable I think. On top of that you would probably need a mobile data plan to keep you connected. However, this is cutting edge technology so $1,499 is a good price for consumers.

Going to wait until the price come down a bit and data plans do also. Idea is amazing , but needs to come down in price to have any real use.
