You can't say, Anonymous is doing good or bad activities. Anonymous is neutral. It's the people behind Anonymous and that claim to be part of it that we need to attack and decide whether or not they are good or bad.

For the most part, I find the group to advocate just things, there are however those who do go farther than the beliefs and I don't consider them to be Anonymous but more of Rouge users.


Even though you don't consider those people anonymous, they still kinda are. It's down to the individual person if they're anonymous or not. Obviously, that has it's downsides, but it has some major advantages as well. It's not easy to always portray and point when discussing anonymous because it can be seen as a group or an ethos.

I think it depends. What they did to Sony was downright hilarious. It'd be equivalent to a robber waking you up in the middle of the night and saying "fix your back door"

This. I think we need groups like Anonymous to keep the "Daddy Warbucks" of the world in check (for balance), but...without a CLEAR direction and mission statement that has been passed throughout their organization, I think we'll see more rogues than anything else. Quite a shame...
