Here is my delima; what if the guy who is strangling is actually the good guy and is trying to protect himself and the guy being murdered was actually trying to kill him. It was an act of self-defense. Then you get the asshole who kicks off the "killer" and suddenly the other guy is able to pull out his weapon and kill them both.
