Definitely a beem of light from the ground up through it to the sky. Looks like a spot light or projector beam.

yeah reflection of the light because you see how the ghost has that upward an downward reflection like the lights do.

this a clearly fake due to that have u ever had a non flat screen tv and had a light on but not the tv on its like a black mirror this principle applies here to accept the tv is on
