Oh okay. Well I doubt he could find your address however I would return it just to avoid being a douchebag. I mean the only danger that you have in not returning it is if you randomly bump into him on the streets (due to you living so close). I don't think the police will track you down but anythings a possibility I guess.

I mean I wouldn't give a response to him if I wanted to keep it. If you are dying to give one I would mention that you never said whether or not it was a banned ps3 or not (unless you did in the ad for CL)

Not saying you have to give it back but think about it, if that was you receiving that banned PS3 wouldnt you want your Xbox back if you found you cant use it online? If that was me I would give the console back to avoid any problems.
