I dont know much about the Swiss.
I imagine that living in a landlocked country, it's easy to be neutral when you're a bit socially isolated.
Even Hitler, with his Bavarian heritage, wouldn't take the time to cross those mountains.
Switzerland? Chocolate, guards, and private banks accounts.
And strong legs, I'd imagine:p
