Was basically looking through all of the albums that I have downloaded this year and thought there actually are some pretty good albums that have been released this year so far from new people and from some more known people.

What's your favourite so far this year then? an explanation why also would be great.

Thought this would be a good way of expanding each others music collection.

I'll start it off by saying Anna by The Courteeners. The main reason I like this album is because a group of my friends got together in a band recently and have been playing in local bars etc, they started playing alot of Courteeners songs off the album and I didn't really know them so I was like the only one in the bar who didn't know their lyrics :mad: got home and started listening to them and actually really enjoy their music.

The Haxan Cloak's new album Excavation. It's so good it's easily AOTY material, I've been listening to it so much.

Intense by Armin Van Buuren. Sucker for trance.
