It's a trick puzzle. This isn't possible on a 2-d surface.

On the website in which its on it says

"Connect all 3 houses to the water, eletricity and gas suppliers without crossing any lines."

I haven't crossed any lines at all. It also says on the video " You win"

i simply said you can use the site instead of using sheets of paper, noted by the rules at the top. not the rules of that site.
