If it passes the senate it could be up to the president if he wishes to veto it or not.

What are your thoughts on this? Seeing as the senate is very pro large government I don't think this bill will have a lot of trouble being passed. Let's hope that the president will veto this.

As much as I would hate to see this ever come to pass.
With the ever increasing big brother state we are living in, it would actually not surprise me if it does pass.
