to create an unpleasant or hostile situation for especially by uninvited and unwelcome verbal or physical conduct
This applies: To create an unpleasant situation by unwelcome verbal conduct
Saying things to hurt another creates this atmosphere.
No just no. I am neither defaming, being obscene, or threatening. I said hurt your feelings, never said I was harassing. For instance, the KKK (or even the Westboro Baptist Church) can legally splatter all of their nonsense as much as they want. I can insult you all I want, but if I was lying (talking to a third party,) that's slander, and that is illegal.
If you're offended by this, you're stupid. This is one of the dumbest videos I've ever seen, and considering it's made from a million dollar, if not billion dollar, empire, who cares?

They can splatter their nonsense because it is protected under the 1st Amendment right to free speech which protects them under belief.
Insulting a person directly by harming another's feelings is a form of attack.
I've studied this from my Criminal Justice courses and they are clear: If you target a person and aim to hurt emotionally, that is not protected speech.
If by what you are saying, I can walk up to a 5 year old kid and can him a "Short sad waste of life" over and over just to hurt his feelings. Well, since he is a child; I'd technically be breaking a few laws as well.
Freedom of Speech is not protective of everything, there is actually a lot in which you cannot say or imply, orally or written.
Here: Simple solution, Bullying. A good close definition to targeting an individual.

Never said I had to bully/harass someone to hurt their feelings, read again. But the whole point is I'm not aiming to hurt someones feelings, and therefore can not be punished. Look up Smith Vs. California. Of course your arguments would make sense if you were not an American.
