Anywho piracy is a fun topic not!

Piracy is something you should not worry about, no way to work out the income lost on something which is not real. So why put in measures like DRM which end up hurting the people who buy. The answer is making it easier for people to buy and own your product. To that you need to look at business model, games need to become cheaper.
No point in chasing after pirates, always going to be a hardcore group who pirate. Most people if you made games cheaper would not pirate or made it easier. Focus on the people who pay the bills!
Only case which piracy is fine is when the game is not released in your area.

You are a GOD! Other then that It still is very puzzling to me why people pirate 1-8 dollar games.

Do a barrel roll!
I used to only do pirate games when I was a kid. Now I can afford it I buy all my games. That said, if its a developer or franchise I've come to dislike I'll buy the game second hand so they don't get any money from it.

People never think about the money others lose from pirating games but when someone says its only 1 game others will say the same and so on. Companies lose millions from this.

Why would he be playing CoD while talking about Indies? Idiot. Piracy is ALWAYS going to happen, no matter what.
