I was watching Catdog with my brothers last night, feeling a bit nostalgic. And my brother goes "Who controls the penis?! And is it a 3-sum!!?" So my brother's fiance google'd it...

Some stupid answers in this thread. Both of the heads both have brains (obvious) and they are connected via the same spinal chord, nerves and fibres; Both heads would control the body and other bodily functions.

Less srsness: Would be weird if one brain wanted to masturbated and the other didnt.....wouldnt that be rape? Lulz
